Let your process sell for you — leverage branded photography to convey an experience.

Communicating value is tricky. We’ve all seen businesses make impossible claims about their product or service; rather than inspire confidence, these assertions often end up damaging credibility and trust with their audience. In the face of those claims, however, taking a more measured approach to your marketing might feel like you’re positioning yourself beneath your competitors.

So you strike a balance. You’ve crafted honest and authentic copy that accurately communicates the value of your business. But there’s still the issue of credibility — after all, claims are empty until proven. Photography is a crucial component of your messaging that lends gravity to your claims and provides a real world demonstration of the strength of your offering.

In a previous engagement, we worked with creative consultancy Lippincott to highlight their brand culture. These corporate lifestyle photography images are becoming increasingly important in recruitment and retention, as top talent looks beyond just the benefits package when deciding where to work.

We visited both Lipincott’s NYC and SF offices to capture coworking scenes and create modern corporate headshots that showcase their brand. For the work featured here, our focus was to capture a behind the scenes look at their creative process - ideation, iteration, implementation, and all of the in between moments that take a thought from concept to reality.

These images can work to both educate consumers about their creative process as well as demonstrate the degree of talent and energy that they invest in their clients.

We also captured some general coworking scenes around their offices to showcase their culture. These are excellent tools for both communicating your organization’s values to potential clients, and in fostering an attractive workspace to aid in recruitment efforts. Your people are the face of your brand, and businesses that invest in their public perception are the ones that succeed.

Communicating your brand’s value requires finesse. You have to carefully navigate your value proposition while maintaining credibility and trust with your audience. When used effectively, photography can be an excellent tool in reinforcing your message and substantiating your offerings.

By allowing your audience to see behind the curtain and explore your processes, you offer both transparency, and a showcase of your team’s talent and commitment to your clients.

Take control of your brand’s narrative with photography that’s authentic to your story.
