Event Photography in NYC That Conveys An Experience.

Don’t settle for just a recap. Extend the impact of your event with photos that inspire.

Our Event Photography Services

  • We quote at a $4,000 day rate for event photography, which includes one photographer and 8 hours of coverage.

    Shorter events are billed at $500/hr with a $1,500 minimum engagement fee.

    Additional event photographers from our team may be added at a $2,500 day rate. For shorter engagements, a $350/hr rate will apply.

    Multi-day events and conferences outside of NYC will include a travel fee equal to 1/3 of the day rate for each team member involved. This cost allows us to reserve the day before and after the event for travel. Standard economy airfare will also be added to our fee, as well as lodging if not provided by client.

  • A headshot station may be added to your event for a fee of $3,500. This will include one photographer, lighting, and backdrop. The station will be active through the duration of your event and freely accessible to all attendees. Participants will receive their headshots via email within 24 hours of the event.

    Videography is available and quoted on a per-project basis; please inquire for details.

  • A set of selects will be delivered the morning after the event’s close

    The full gallery will be shared within 3 business days for single-day events, and within 10 business days for multi-day conferences.

    If you’ll need to distribute to press or social channels while the event is ongoing, we can arrange to share selects live from the event.

    For ease of asset management, all images will be organized into folders that correspond to the different elements of your event’s agenda.
