NYC Event Photographer Pricing

Our rate for event photography in NYC is $500/hr with a $2,500 minimum engagement fee. Additional event photographers from our team may be added at $400/hr rate.
Multi-day events and conferences outside of the NY area will include a travel fee equal to 50% of the day rate for each team member involved. This fee allows us to reserve the day before and after the event for travel.

A headshot station may be added to your event for a fee of $3,500. This will include one photographer, lighting, and backdrop. The station will be active through the duration of your event and freely accessible to all attendees. Participants will receive their headshots via email within 24 hours of the event.
Rush processing (all edited images delivered next day) is available for a fee of 25% of the total quote.
Videography is quoted on a per-project basis; please inquire for details.

A set of selects will be delivered the morning after the event’s close.
The full gallery will be shared within 3 business days for single-day events, and within 10 business days for multi-day conferences.
If you’ll need to distribute to press or social channels while the event is ongoing, we can arrange to share selects live from the event.
For ease of asset management, all images will be organized into folders that correspond to the different elements of your event’s agenda.

As NYC corporate event photographers, we understand the importance of planning. We’ll hold a pre-event consultation to review the agenda and discuss the shot list to ensure that our approach is aligned with your goals.

We’ll work with your team to draft and refine a shot list that ensures all of the important moments are captured.
Whether it’s speaker highlights, candid moments that showcase the attendee experience, or branded details to provide sponsor ROI, we’ll ensure that nothing gets overlooked.

On the day of the event, our team will arrive early to do a site walkthrough and finalize any logistics to make sure that we’re all on the same page.
We pride ourselves on working in an unobtrusive style, ensuring that our coverage doesn’t interfere with the attendee experience.
We’ll stay in touch with your team throughout the event, making adjustments as needed so nothing important is missed.
